I am a solo practitioner who drafts all his pleadings and personally handles all his cases. When you hire me, you work with me, not a secretary, paralegal, or some other attorney you did not hire. My hourly rate for divorce/family law matters is $250 per hour. I have a retainer fee of $1250 but I do accept reasonable payment plans. For other matters, I have flat fees. Please call me for details.
