David Jancha received his JD from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, FL. While in law school, he worked as an intern at the State Attorney's Office, which provided him valuable exposure to the criminal trial process. After gaining admission to the FL Bar, he served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where he defended more than 1,000 clients in both felony and misdemeanor cases. His experience working with both the 7th circuit state attorney's office and the 9th circuit public defender's office provided him with a vast understanding of the criminal justice system and unparalleled trial experience. In 2010, he took a position as a criminal attorney at well-known Orlando firm. In 2019, Mr. Jancha left that firm for form Jancha Law, P.A. where he continues to focus on criminal trial practice. Mr. Jancha has been active in the legal community as well, and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Criminal Section of the Orange County Bar Association and was also previously elected by his peers to serve on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is AV rated by Martindale and was selected as a member of "The National Trial Lawyers" and a member of the ?10 Best? Criminal Law Attorneys for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys.
