I am a successful trial and appellate litigation attorney for Constitutional, Business, Antitrust, and Entertainment law matters. My jurisdictions include U.S. District and State Courts in California, the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 9th, 10th and D.C. Circuits. I represent clients from an array of industries with an emphasis on Television, Motion Picture, Recording, and Advertising issues.I am a Harvard Law School graduate, having received my A.B. summa cum laude in 1991, and J.D. magna cum laude in 1995.
