Contingent Fees
30% of total recovery prior to filing suit; 40% of total recovery after suit filed, but before appeal; 50% if appealed. Costs will be born by client from the recovery. The exact nature of the fee and terms of representation are established in the contract.

Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Retainer: new clients usually up to $7500; hourly rates from $200 to $300/hr; Flat Fees are acceptable and need to be negotiated and agreed.
