Brian Wood is a personal injury attorney who is determined to obtain the maximum recovery for the injuries sustained by his clients and their loved ones as a result of the negligence of others. Mr. Wood attended St. Michael?s College in Burlington, Vermont for his undergraduate studies, graduating in three years with a Bachelor?s degree in Psychology. This education gave Brian the knowledge and compassion to understand the pain, suffering, and emotional turmoil that injured clients may feel as a result of their injuries. While attending Law School at the Western New England University School of Law, his summer-intern clerkship was with a Fulton County Supreme and Surrogate?s Court Justice, provided him a broad foundation of knowledge of the inner-workings of the legal system. Brian researched complex motion practice and drafted Decisions and Orders on matters ranging from the serious injury threshold to murder in the first degree and fraud in the inducement of a Last Will and Testament. After law school, Brian had the opportunity to represent the indigent population of Fulton and Montgomery counties in Civil, Criminal, and Family court matters.
