Summary
Mr. Shea started his legal career as a full time law clerk at Munday & Nathan in 2013 and attended Depaul University College of Law in the evenings until he joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2017. During his studies at law school, Mr. Shea was repeatedly named to the Dean?s list as well as received the CALI Excellence Award in Pretrial Litigation Strategy. He also participated in a program at the Cook County Temporary Juvenile Detention Center instructing juveniles that were being charged as adults on criminal law and procedure.Mr. Shea serves his clients in an array of different areas of personal injury litigation such as medical malpractice, premises liability, professional negligence, and motor vehicle accidents. He has participated in various aspects of civil litigation from initial case investigation, discovery, and trial preparation. Brennan is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
