As a deputy prosecutor in Tippecanoe County, Bradley led the Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (FACT), served as the lead prosecutor assigned to the Tippecanoe County?s Title 9 (BMV) Court, and conducted major felony prosecutions for offenses ranging from Forgery to Homicide to Narcotics Manufacturing and Dealing. As a deputy prosecutor in Marion County, Bradley led its Fatal Alcohol Crash Team (FACT) where he was responsible for investigating and prosecuting DUI and OVWI cases involving death or serious bodily injury. In addition to prosecuting all types of misdemeanor and felony offenses, Bradley focused on fatality and serious bodily injury hit & run cases, and complex White Collar crimes.In his time as a prosecutor, Bradley has tried dozens of jury trials and countless bench trials and provided training to other prosecutors on DUI law, DUI prosecution, and jury selection. He has also received specific training in accident investigation/reconstruction by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department as well as training by the United States Secret Service on the presentation of computer forensic evidence in court.
