Settled significant Sexual Harassment case through intervention and counsel for multiple plaintiffs through Federal Magistrate mediation brought through the EEOC in Washington, D.C. Successfully represented clients in numerous cases to include LGBT rights, Workplace Retaliation, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, First and Eleventh Amendment protections, State and Municipality employment due process violations, corporate employment and contract litigation, Qui-Tam Title III Federal Funding, and protected Whistleblower actions to include work with the CFPB and State Ethics Commission.
