Atty. Bogen also completed coursework at Pepperdine University Law School's Alternative Dispute Resolution Center (1988) and completed mediation training in Ohio (1993). Bogen is a past recipient of the prestigious Carter-Tedrow Award and became the first law student in Washington University history to serve as Commencement Speaker at his own graduation ceremony, at the 125th Law School Commencement. Attorney Bogen served as a Trumbull County Probate Court Referee from 1989- 1991 and served as an Acting Prosecutor for the City of Niles, Ohio. He currently serves as an Acting Prosecutor for the City of Newton Falls when needed. He is a Member of the Ohio State and Trumbull County Bar Associations, and has served on the Executive and Family Law Committees. Attorney Bogen was honored as the First recipient of the Kent State University Alpha Epsilon Pi Alumnus Of The Year Award in 2011. Atty. Bogen was installed in the Warren High Schools' Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame in 2013. Contingent Fees
This office accepts contingent fee representation exclusively for representation in Personal Injury cases. Some DUI cases may be assumed upon a flat fee basis. All other cases, including divorce and custody litigation, are subject to a Retainer requirement before commencement and are assessed at an hourly billing rate for services rendered.

Contingent Fees are charged for all Personal Injury cases and are also set out in the Law Office's Contract For Legal Services. Representation shall not be assumed by Attorney Bogen in any matter without the Client's execution of The Law Office's Contract for Legal Services, Signed by the Client and by Attorney Bogen, as well as the Deposit of Retainer.
