Summary
I am the senior and managing partner of the firm. I represent many businesses in New Jersey and the New York metropolitan area, where I focus my practice on civil litigation and transactional/corporate matters. In these capacities, I am recognized as a fierce advocate for my clients, and I maintain an active trial practice. I am admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey and have an active trial and appellate docket. I have also litigated matters in Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico and Utah.I have represented various commercial enterprises, manufacturing companies, real estate developers, general contractors, condo associations and high net worth parties in complex litigations, shareholder disputes, arbitrations, and mediations and I have handled labor negotiations. I am a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and I serve on the Board of Directors of several privately-held corporations. I am a graduate of Syracuse University Law School, and received my M.P.A. at Syracuse's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and my B.A. from Bard College, where I am a member of the Board of Governors. I also have a Martindale AV overall peer rating of "Preeminent".
