My journalistic curiosity leads me to think outside-the-box.My versatile trial experience includes more than 100 bench and jury trials in criminal and civil cases. As a criminal defense attorney, I represent adults and juveniles on matters ranging from traffic offenses to serious felony charges. In personal injury matters, I represent clients on cases ranging from minor car accidents to life-altering injuries. I assist corporations in a wide variety of matters. I also serve as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Vienna where I prosecute misdemeanor crimes and traffic offenses. I previously worked as in-house counsel for one of the country?s largest insurance companies giving me unique and valuable insight into how to maximize recovery for injured persons. I know how large insurance companies handle and evaluate claims from beginning to end.
