Aaron K. Haar focuses his practice on commercial and intellectual property litigation. He regularly counsels clients on a variety of litigation issues in state and federal court as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has significant experience resolving disputes concerning trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.Prior to attending law school, Aaron worked for several years in the commercial real estate industry in Phoenix. Aaron graduated magna cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was symposium editor for the Nevada Law Journal, served as president of the Federalist Society, and earned the Dean?s Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Law School.
