After working as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Ellen Talbott, J.S.C. (Ret.), Mr. Luther served as an Assistant Prosecutor for over 25 years. He was the First Assistant Prosecutor and Trial Chief for the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office. Prior to joining the firm, John Dell'Aquilo was counsel to the New Jersey's Breath Testing program, serving as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice.
